Gestalt Therapist and Coach
I believe the answers are already within us — yet we often need support to access them and give them a voice
I provide a safe and accepting space where you are free to talk about whatever matters to you.
Our work is grounded in an honest and collaborative partnership, where I meet you as a responsible and equal participant. Together, we explore how you experience yourself and relate to the world in your own unique way.
For more than 20 years, I worked in international leadership roles across audit, compliance, process development and consulting within complex multinational environments.
Throughout these years, I experienced firsthand the challenges created by sustained pressure, high levels of responsibility and constant performance expectations — and how easily, in such environments, our sense of authenticity and our connection to what is truly meaningful and valuable to us can gradually fade into the background.
Since childhood, I have been deeply interested in psychology — in understanding what kinds of experiences bring harmony into people's lives, and what causes this inner balance to break.

Through my own self-awareness journey, I experienced more deeply for the first time the power of authenticity and genuine human connection. In 2011, I met my therapist, with whom I was able to truly experience what it feels like when someone is genuinely present beside us and supports us without roles, expectations or judgment. Through this work, I was able to reconnect with my own needs and gradually begin creating a more authentic life.
I support you in developing a deeper awareness of yourself and your patterns, and in recognising the choices available to you on your inward journey.
The aim is for you to become more fully yourself, and to create a life in which you can genuinely experience and express who you are.
In our work together, I place importance on expressing our experiences as precisely as possible, as words can either bring us closer to reality — or move us further away from it and from each another.
This is why part of the process involves developing a clearer awareness of your needs and learning to express them more accurately.
The aim of therapy is to help you step out of the roles you have come to identify with and recognise your evolving needs.
This requires developing awareness of yourself and of how you relate to your environment, bringing limiting patterns of adaptation into consciousness.
Into the hands of every individual is given a marvelous power for good or evil — the silent, unconscious, unseen influence of his life.
